Click on Receipt

Select the customer’s receipt from purchase history > Click Exchange button.

Determine the quantity of item to be exchange. It should not more than the purchased quantity. Guide: Determine Qty > state reason > click Exchange button.

You will be brought to front sales screen with the quantity of purchased item in negative. Select the new items that the customer had been chosen.

In this example, the customer’s new item price is higher than the purchased one. Hence, they need to add in payment to pay the balance. Make payment as usual and the items had been successfully exchanged to new one.
