Guide: StockOnline Menu >> Setup >> User Group >> + Add New >> Set the User Group Code, User Group Name, Permission, Options on POS >> Submit.

~ To Setup User Group ~

From StockOnline menu > Setup > User Group > Add New user Group

Next,

Fill in the User Group Code and User Group Name > tick Grant Access to ITG

Scroll down, choose Waiter as the Operator Type > Submit.
